I am a certified Christian Life Coach. In 2020 I joined Life Mentoring School because I was looking to grow as I felt a little bored and unchallenged in my life.

This program started me on a journey to look at my life in a totally different way.

It taught me things like:

 

• You are 100% responsible for your life.

 

• Life is 50/50: The ups and downs of life.

 

• Things in life are either in your control or out of your control.  Focus your energy on what is in your control.

 

• It is possible to get along with everyone.

 

• You can create the life that you want.

 

• You have a human brain that in a way can “hijack” your life if you let it.

I learned and grew so much personally, and because I have a heart to teach and mentor others,
I decided to get certified as a Christian Life Coach in 2022 so I could share what I have learned with others.
