I offer to be your guide who helps empower you to get where you want to be in your life.  I do this by
sharing the tools I learned in certification, along with my life experiences that give me an
understanding and compassion for others at different stages in life.

My belief statement is:  I am the exact person my clients need to help them learn, grow, and heal in truth so they can live at their highest self, achieving their God-given potential.

My job as a coach is to first help you recognize what you want to change in your life and why.

 By deep listening and asking intentional questions, I work to help you find the right way to address your life circumstances or make changes. My job as a coach is not to tell you what to do with your life, but to trust that you know what is best, and that you just need an encourager to help you through the process with tools you may not have learned before.  This is where lives are transformed.

During the coaching process I may include biblical references or teachings.

All sessions will be kept confidential.​

Currently, sessions are available by Zoom or phone.
