I offer to be your guide who helps empower you to get where you want to be in your life.  I do this by
sharing the tools I learned in certification, along with my life experiences that give me an
understanding and compassion for others at different stages in life.

My belief statement is:  I am the exact person my clients need to help them learn, grow, and heal in truth so they can live at their highest self, achieving their God-given potential.

My job as a coach is to first help you see what you are thinking. From there, we will look deeper at those thoughts and see how they affect your feelings and actions. By deep listening and asking intentional questions, I work to find the thoughts that are sabotaging your life. We can then address those thoughts and find new ones to better serve you and your life goals.

During the coaching process I may include biblical references or teachings.

All sessions will be kept confidential.
